1. Definition of Confidential Information

For the purpose of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" includes all non-public information, records, documents, data, and materials that the Volunteer may gain access to in the course of their involvement with the Nonprofit, whether in written, oral, electronic, or any other form.

2. Obligations of Confidentiality

  1. The Volunteer agrees not to disclose, discuss, or otherwise share any Confidential Information with any third party unless expressly authorized in writing by the Nonprofit.
  2. The Volunteer will use Confidential Information solely for purposes related to their role and duties within the Nonprofit.
  3. This obligation remains in effect during and after the term of the Volunteer's involvement with the Nonprofit.

Upon completion of volunteer service, or at the request of the Nonprofit, the Volunteer will return all materials containing Confidential Information to the Nonprofit.

5. Acknowledgement

The Volunteer acknowledges that improper disclosure or use of Confidential Information may cause harm to the Nonprofit and agrees to comply with all terms of this Agreement.
