Student Government Confidentiality Agreement Form

This Confidentiality Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the undersigned member of the Student Government and the Student Government organization. By signing below, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information accessed or discussed in the course of your duties.

Agreement Terms

I acknowledge that during my term with the Student Government, I may be exposed to confidential or sensitive information. I agree not to disclose, share, or use such information for any purpose other than official Student Government business. This obligation remains in effect during and after my participation in the Student Government.
