Classroom Observation Confidentiality Agreement for Students

As a student participating in a classroom observation, I understand that I may have access to confidential information concerning students, teachers, and classroom activities. To protect the rights and privacy of all individuals involved, I agree to adhere to the following confidentiality guidelines:

1. I will not disclose or discuss any information about students, teachers, or classroom activities outside the observation setting.
2. I will not use or distribute any documents, images, or identifiable information obtained during the observation.
3. I will respect the privacy and dignity of all individuals observed.
4. If I am required to report on my observation, I will do so without identifying individuals or breaching confidentiality.
5. I acknowledge that failure to maintain confidentiality may result in removal from the observation and/or disciplinary action.

I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the terms of this Confidentiality Agreement.
