I acknowledge that by participating in this food distribution event organized by the nonprofit organization, I do so voluntarily and assume all risks associated with participation. I hereby release and hold harmless the nonprofit, its staff, volunteers, and partners from any liability, claims, or demands that may arise from my participation or from the receipt/consumption of food items distributed.
