I hereby grant and authorize the nonprofit organization the right to take, use, and publish photographs, video, and/or digital images of me, in any and all media, for lawful promotional, educational, or fundraising purposes. I understand these materials may be used in print and digital media, and may appear in publications, websites, social media, or other official nonprofit materials.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs, recordings, or printed or electronic matter, and acknowledge that no compensation will be provided.
I release the nonprofit, its representatives, and assignees from liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right I may have in connection with such use.
