This Waiver of Liability ("Waiver") is executed by the undersigned board member of ("Organization"). By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I voluntarily serve as a board member of the Organization and understand my role and responsibilities.
I understand that, as a board member, I may participate in meetings, events, and activities related to the Organization.
I acknowledge that there may be certain inherent risks associated with participation in Organization activities and assume full responsibility for any personal injury, damage, or loss that may result from such participation.
I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Organization, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising from or related to my service as a board member, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
I affirm that I have read and understand this Waiver, and that I am signing it freely and voluntarily.
