Liability Release Agreement

I acknowledge that my participation in the above-mentioned nonprofit fundraising event is voluntary. I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the nonprofit organization, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained while participating in this event.

I understand that by signing this form, I am waiving certain legal rights.
