This Corporate Headshot Use Agreement ("Agreement") is made between:

The Individual grants the Company the right to use the headshot photograph(s) taken on (the "Photographs") for corporate purposes, including but not limited to:
The Company agrees that the Photographs will not be used for purposes other than those stated above without prior written consent from the Individual.
Copyright in the Photographs remains with the photographer. This Agreement grants the Company a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Photographs as outlined.
This Agreement is effective from the date signed and shall remain in effect until terminated in writing by either party.
The Individual waives any right to inspect or approve the final use of the Photographs and releases the Company from any claims arising from their use, as long as used in accordance with this Agreement.
