Peer Reviewer Confidentiality Agreement
This Confidentiality Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the undersigned Peer Reviewer ("Reviewer") and _______________ ("Organization/Journal").

In connection with the peer review of manuscripts, submissions, or materials, the Reviewer agrees to comply with the following terms:
Confidentiality
The Reviewer acknowledges that all materials and information received for review are confidential and must not be disclosed to any third party without the express permission of the Organization/Journal, except as required by law.
Use of Information
The Reviewer shall use the materials and information solely for the purpose of carrying out the peer review and shall not use any part of the confidential information for personal advantage or research.
No Retention
The Reviewer agrees not to retain any copies of the submitted materials after the completion of the review process.
Conflicts of Interest
The Reviewer affirms that there is no conflict of interest with respect to the materials reviewed and agrees to immediately disclose any such conflicts to the Organization/Journal.
Term
The obligations regarding confidentiality shall continue indefinitely, including after the completion of the review process.
