The Assignor hereby assigns and transfers to the Assignee all rights, title, and interest, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks (if any), design files, source code, and all other intellectual property relating to the App Design described above.

3. Warranties and Representations

The Assignor warrants they are the sole creator and owner of the intellectual property being transferred.
The Assignor represents that the App Design does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

4. Further Assurances

The Assignor agrees to execute any further documents or take further actions as reasonably necessary to perfect and effectuate the transfer of intellectual property to the Assignee.
