Know all men by these presents, that the undersigned hereby constitutes and appoints as a true and lawful agent and attorney of the importer named above for customs brokerage purposes for all shipments arriving or departing from any port within the United States.
The agent is authorized to sign, endorse, and file necessary documents relating to importation, exportation, entry, withdrawal, declaration, or delivery of merchandise under the U.S. Customs laws, or the laws or regulations of any Federal agency having jurisdiction within or outside the United States.
The agency and authority hereby conferred shall remain in full force and effect until notice of revocation is duly given in writing.
