By signing this Agreement, the Contributor hereby agrees to assign or license any and all rights, title, and interest in the specified code contribution(s) to the Project, subject to the Project's chosen open source license and contribution guidelines. The Contributor warrants that they have the necessary rights to make the contribution and that the code is original or properly licensed.
