1. Appointment

The Supplier hereby appoints the Distributor as its non-exclusive distributor to market and sell the following products ("Products"): .

3. Orders & Delivery

• All orders by the Distributor shall be subject to acceptance by the Supplier.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate this Agreement upon days’ written notice.
• The Supplier may terminate immediately in the event of breach by the Distributor.

10. General Provisions

• This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
