Podcast Guest Release Agreement

This Podcast Guest Release Agreement ("Agreement") is made by and between the undersigned guest ("Guest") and ("Host"/"Podcast").

1. Recording and Participation

Guest consents to the recording of their participation in the podcast episode(s), including audio, video, and/or any other media format as determined by Host.

2. Rights Granted

Guest grants Host the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the recording, in whole or in part, in any format or medium, for commercial and non-commercial purposes.

3. Ownership

Guest acknowledges that all rights, title, and interest in the recording belong to Host.

4. No Compensation

Guest agrees that they are not entitled to any compensation for their participation or the use of the recording.

5. Waiver

Guest waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product or its use.

6. Release and Indemnity

Guest releases and holds harmless Host from any claims, damages, or liability arising out of or related to the use of the recording.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of .
