The undersigned, on behalf of the corporate author named above, hereby transfers all copyright ownership of the work identified as above to the Publisher, subject to acceptance and publication. The undersigned confirms that the work is original and that they have the authority to make this transfer.
If the work is not accepted by the Publisher, the agreement shall be null and void.
