This court-mandated parenting program is designed to provide education and support to parents as required by the court order. The program will cover topics relevant to positive parenting, stress management, and co-parenting skills. For questions, please contact the program coordinator.

I acknowledge that I have been informed about the purpose, requirements, and procedures of the court-mandated parenting program. I understand that my participation is required by court order. I consent to participate in this program and acknowledge that the completion status may be reported to the relevant court or authorities.
