Podcast Show Notes Author Contract

The Author agrees to prepare and deliver show notes for the following podcast(s):

• Key discussion points or timestamps
• Guest biography (if applicable)
• Relevant links and resources
• Any additional sections as agreed upon

3. Timeline & Delivery

The Author will deliver the show notes for each episode within the following timeline:

The Podcast Producer/Company agrees to pay the Author as follows:

5. Intellectual Property

Upon complete payment, all rights to the produced show notes will transfer to the Podcast Producer/Company. The Author retains no further rights to the materials unless agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

The Author agrees to keep all episode content and information confidential prior to publication and not to share or disclose without permission.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this contract with written notice. In such event, payment will be made for completed work up to the date of termination.
