1. The Lessee agrees to use the pallets for lawful purposes and return them in good condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
2. The Lessor shall retain ownership of all rented pallets.
3. The Lessee is responsible for loss or damage to the pallets, excluding normal wear.
4. Late returns may incur additional fees.
5. Additional terms may be attached as an annex to this agreement.
