1. Use of the dataset is restricted to the purpose described above.
2. Recipient shall not share or redistribute the dataset to any third party without prior written consent from the Provider.
3. Proper acknowledgment of the Provider in any publications or presentations derived from the dataset is required.
4. Recipient agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of the data.
5. Any commercial use of the dataset is not permitted unless expressly authorized in writing by the Provider.
6. Modifications or derivatives of the dataset must be reported to the Provider.
7. Provider makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the dataset.

4. Data Security and Confidentiality

1. The Recipient agrees to handle the dataset with appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure confidentiality and integrity.
2. Personal or sensitive data, if any, must be handled in accordance with relevant data protection regulations.

This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time with written notice. Upon termination, the Recipient shall delete all copies of the dataset.
