This Confidentiality Acknowledgement ("Acknowledgement") is made between the undersigned real estate client and the real estate agent or broker ("Agent"). The parties acknowledge that during the course of their relationship, the Agent may have access to confidential information belonging to the Client.
For the purposes of this Acknowledgement, "Confidential Information" includes, but is not limited to, all personal, financial, and business information disclosed by the Client to the Agent orally, in writing, or by any other means.
The Agent acknowledges and agrees to keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without the Client's written consent, except as required by law or as necessary to fulfill the duties of real estate representation.
This Acknowledgement remains in effect throughout the term of the Agent's representation of the Client and survives the termination of the relationship as required by applicable law.
By signing below, the Client and Agent acknowledge their understanding of and agreement to the above terms.
