Freelance Project Confidentiality Acknowledgement

This Confidentiality Acknowledgement ("Agreement") is entered into between:

1. Confidential Information

The Freelancer acknowledges that in connection with the project, they may have access to certain confidential or proprietary information provided by the Client. The Freelancer agrees to treat all such information as strictly confidential.

2. Non-Disclosure

The Freelancer agrees not to disclose, share, or use any Confidential Information for any purpose other than the performance of services for the Client as agreed in the Project.

3. Return or Destruction

Upon completion of the Project or upon the Client's request, the Freelancer will return or destroy all Confidential Information in their possession.

4. Duration

This obligation of confidentiality shall continue during and after the completion of the Project.

5. Acknowledgement

By signing below, the Freelancer acknowledges understanding and acceptance of the terms of this Confidentiality Acknowledgement.
