Employee Non-Compete Agreement

This Employee Non-Compete Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of , by and between ("Employer") and ("Employee").

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to prevent Employee from engaging in activities that compete with Employer's business during and after employment.
