- The Event Organizer reserves the right to approve all promotional content prior to posting.
- Content must remain posted as per agreement terms.
6. Confidentiality & Disclosure
- Any confidential information shared must not be disclosed to third parties.
- The Influencer must comply with all advertising standards and disclose sponsorship as required.
7. Miscellaneous
- This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
- Amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
