Sponsored Recipe Agreement

This Sponsored Recipe Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of ("Effective Date") between:

The Food Blogger agrees to develop and post the following sponsored recipe content:

• Disclosure of sponsorship as required by law.

2. Deliverables & Timeline

This Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and shall end upon completion of the deliverables, unless earlier terminated in writing by either party.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any information designated as confidential.

7. Independent Contractor

The Food Blogger is an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement will be construed as employment.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions.
