I acknowledge that as part of my involvement with the marketing campaign, I may have access to privileged and confidential data, including but not limited to customer information, campaign strategies, budgets, performance metrics, partner details, and any related proprietary materials.

I understand that this information is strictly confidential and is to be used solely for the purposes of the marketing campaign. I agree not to disclose, share, copy, or reproduce any confidential information obtained during my engagement, whether directly or indirectly, to any unauthorized individual, company, or third party.

I am aware that any breach of confidentiality may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of engagement, legal action, or other remedies as deemed appropriate by the company.
