This acknowledgment confirms that the undersigned contractor has received, read, understands, and agrees to abide by the confidentiality policies and procedures of the Company. The undersigned understands their obligation to protect confidential and proprietary information both during and after the term of their contract.
By signing below, the contractor acknowledges that failure to comply with confidentiality requirements may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of the contract and possible legal action.
