5. Terms and Conditions
The Lessee agrees to handle the lens and any accessories with care and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
The lens must be returned on or before the agreed-upon Return Date, in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear.
Any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period is the responsibility of the Lessee.
The security deposit may be withheld in part or in full to cover damages, loss, or late return fees.
The Lessee is not permitted to sublease or lend the lens to a third party.
On return, the Lessee and Lessor will inspect the lens together and acknowledge any changes in condition.
