I hereby grant the Podcast Host the right and permission to record, use, publish, distribute, and copyright the audio and/or video recording of my interview, in whole or in part, for any lawful purpose. I confirm that I have the right to enter into this agreement and that my participation does not violate the rights of any third party.
I waive the right to inspect or approve the final product or any use to which it may be applied. I agree that all rights to the recording belong to the Podcast Host.
