Film Crew Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of by and between ("Production Company") and ("Crew Member").

1. Confidential Information

"Confidential Information" refers to any data or information related to the film production that is not publicly known, including but not limited to scripts, storylines, cast information, production details, budgets, schedules, and all related materials.

2. Obligation of Confidentiality

The Crew Member agrees not to disclose, reproduce, or use any Confidential Information for any purpose other than in connection with the film production, without prior written consent from the Production Company.

3. Exclusions

This Agreement does not apply to information that:

  1. Is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the Crew Member.
  2. Is received lawfully from a third party without restriction.
  3. Is independently developed without use of or reference to the Confidential Information.
  4. Is required to be disclosed by law or court order.

4. Term

The Crew Member’s duty to protect Confidential Information continues throughout their involvement in the production and for a period of years thereafter.

5. Return of Materials

Upon request, the Crew Member will return or destroy all materials containing Confidential Information.

6. Remedies

Any unauthorized disclosure may cause irreparable harm to the Production Company, entitling it to seek legal remedies, including but not limited to injunctive relief and damages.
