Confidentiality Agreement for Film Crew

This Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between:

1. Definition of Confidential Information

For purposes of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” includes all information, materials, scripts, images, audio, and video files, production plans, budgets, cast and crew identities, and any other proprietary information disclosed or made available to the Crew Member in connection with the film production.

2. Non-Disclosure

The Crew Member agrees not to disclose, divulge, reveal, or use any Confidential Information obtained during the production for any purpose other than performing their work for the film.

3. Duration

This Agreement and the Crew Member’s duty to hold Confidential Information in confidence remain in effect both during and after the term of the film production.

4. Return of Materials

Upon completion or termination of the crew member’s involvement in the project, all documents or media containing Confidential Information must be promptly returned to the Production Company.
