Consultant Short-Term Employment Agreement

This Consultant Short-Term Employment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of by and between (the "Consultant") and (the "Company").

The Company hereby engages the Consultant to perform the following services:

The term of this Agreement shall commence on and continue until unless terminated earlier pursuant to Section 7 below.

The Consultant shall be compensated as follows:

The Consultant shall perform all services under this Agreement as an independent contractor and not as an employee or agent of the Company.

The Consultant agrees to maintain in confidence all proprietary or confidential information of the Company.

Any work product or deliverables created by the Consultant in connection with this Agreement shall be the property of the Company.

This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon days' written notice to the other party.

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements. Any amendment must be in writing and signed by both parties.
