This Media Release Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the undersigned employee ("Employee") and the employer ("Company").
Employee grants Company the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs, video, audio recordings, and/or likeness of Employee in all forms of media, for any lawful purpose including, but not limited to, publicity, advertising, and promotional materials.
Employee waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any material in which Employee’s likeness appears.
Employee releases Company, its agents, and assigns from any claims or liability arising out of the use of such media, including any claims for payment or royalties.
This release is perpetual and applies to all media, known or unknown, now or hereafter developed.
Employee affirms that they have read this Agreement and fully understand its contents. Employee is of legal age and freely signs this release.
