1. Grant of Rights

The Contributor grants the Digital Magazine a non-exclusive, worldwide right to publish, reproduce, and distribute the submitted content in any digital form or platform.

2. Originality and Copyright

• The Contributor affirms that all submitted work is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• The Contributor retains copyright to their work.
• The Contributor is responsible for obtaining all permissions necessary to use any third-party material included in the submission.

3. Editing

The Digital Magazine may edit the Contributor’s work for length, clarity, and style without altering its core meaning. Substantial changes will be communicated to the Contributor for approval.

6. Representations and Warranties

• The Contributor represents that their work is original and does not infringe on any copyrights or other rights of any person or entity.
• The Contributor indemnifies the Digital Magazine against all claims arising out of a breach of this Agreement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement by written notice. Termination will not affect rights granted for work already published.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understanding.
