I hereby grant permission to the organizers, producers, and their affiliated media representatives to photograph, video record, and otherwise capture my likeness, voice, and performance at the above event. I understand and agree that such media may be used in any format for promotional, commercial, or other lawful purposes without further approval or compensation.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of the media and release all parties from liability related to its use.
