Waiver Agreement
By signing below, I acknowledge, understand, and agree that:
- I am voluntarily attending and covering the above event as a media representative.
- I agree to comply with all event rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the organizers.
- I release and hold harmless the event organizers and affiliates from any and all liability arising from my participation or presence at the event, including but not limited to injury, illness, or loss of personal property.
- I will not hold the event organizers responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained in connection with my attendance, whether occurring before, during, or after the event.
- I grant permission, without compensation, for the organizers to use photographs, video, and audio taken of me for promotional or archival purposes.
