I acknowledge that as a media representative attending the above-mentioned event, I assume all risks that may arise from my presence and participation in any official capacity. I release, discharge, and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, venue, and all related parties from any claims or liabilities for injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may occur.
I agree to follow all media guidelines and policies set forth by the event organizers, including but not limited to areas of access, credential display, and use of images or audio recorded at the event.
