I, the undersigned ("Releasor"), hereby grant to the above Releasee permission to record, reproduce, use, distribute, and publicly display my voice and/or audio recordings (the "Audio") in connection with the above project for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to educational, promotional, or commercial use in any and all media.
I acknowledge that I will not receive compensation for such use and that all rights, title and interest in the Audio shall belong to the Releasee.
I hereby release and hold harmless the Releasee from any and all claims or liability arising out of or in connection with the use of the Audio as described above.
