I hereby grant permission to the organizers to record, use, reproduce, and publish my name, voice, photograph, likeness, and presentation materials as part of the above-named webinar, for educational, promotional, and commercial purposes, in any media format, without compensation. I understand that the recording may be edited, copied, exhibited, and distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product.
