I hereby give permission to the podcast host(s) and producers to record, use, and distribute my voice, likeness, and statements as part of the stated podcast episode and for promotional or other uses across any media formats, including but not limited to streaming, broadcast, and social platforms. I acknowledge that I will not receive compensation for the use of my interview and content. I confirm that my participation is voluntary and that I have the right to withdraw consent prior to the recording. I understand this release is binding.
