I acknowledge that as a member of the Board of Directors, I am responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of any mobile device(s) used to access company information, systems, or communications.
I confirm the following:
- I will use mobile devices in accordance with the company's policies.
- I will enable device security features, including PINs, passwords, or biometrics as required.
- I will promptly report any loss, theft, or compromise of mobile devices used for company business.
- I will not share devices or company credentials with unauthorized individuals.
- I will allow security updates and monitoring required by the organization's IT department.
