Government Agency Contractor Mobile Security Compliance Agreement
1. Parties
This Agreement is entered into between:

2. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure that all mobile device usage in relation to agency data and networks complies with the security standards set forth by the Government Agency.
3. Scope
This Agreement applies to all mobile devices, including but not limited to smartphones and tablets, used to access, store, or process the Agency's information and systems.
4. Security Compliance Requirements
- All devices must be protected with a device passcode or biometric authentication.
- Devices must utilize up-to-date security software and operating system versions.
- No unauthorized software, applications, or modifications (e.g., rooting, jailbreaking) are permitted.
- Agency data must be stored and transmitted only using agency-approved applications and protocols.
- Devices must be enrolled in the Agency’s mobile device management (MDM) platform if required.
- Lost or stolen devices must be reported to the Agency’s Security Officer immediately.
- Confidential information must not be stored locally where avoidable.
- Device screen must auto-lock after a period of inactivity.
- Contractor shall cooperate with periodic compliance checks as directed by the Agency.
5. Enforcement and Violations
Failure to comply with this Agreement may result in disciplinary action, including removal of system access and/or contract termination.
6. Term & Termination
This Agreement remains in effect for the duration of the Contractor’s engagement with the Agency or until superseded by an updated policy.
7. Acknowledgment
By signing below, the Contractor affirms understanding of and agreement to comply with the terms set forth in this Mobile Security Compliance Agreement.
