This agreement certifies that the undersigned IT staff member has read and understands the organization's Security Policy, and agrees to comply with all procedures, standards, and guidelines set forth within.
By signing this document, I acknowledge that I have received, read, and understand the Security Policy. I agree to comply with all its requirements and understand that any violation may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
