Nonprofit Volunteer Confidentiality Agreement

This Confidentiality Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the undersigned volunteer and ____________________________ ("Organization").

1. Confidential Information

As a volunteer of the Organization, I may have access to confidential information including, but not limited to, donor lists, financial information, personal information of individuals involved with the Organization, and other proprietary materials.

2. Obligation of Confidentiality

I agree to keep all confidential information strictly confidential and not to disclose, share, or transmit such information to any person or entity outside the Organization, except as required in the course of my volunteer duties or as authorized by the Organization.

3. Return of Materials

Upon the completion of my volunteer term or at the request of the Organization, I will return all materials containing confidential information in my possession.

4. Term

This Agreement remains in effect throughout my volunteer service and thereafter.

5. Acknowledgment

I understand that a breach of this Agreement may result in disciplinary action and/or legal proceedings.
