The Photographer agrees to capture the above listed shots to the best of their ability and the Client acknowledges their responsibility to identify any must-have images in writing prior to the event. All parties acknowledge the unpredictable nature of event logistics and agree that some images may not be possible due to time, weather, or other constraints.
