In the event of cancellation by the Client, the deposit is refundable. If the Photographer cancels, all payments will be refunded.

The Photographer retains the copyright to all images. The Client is granted rights for personal use.

The Client agrees to provide meals for the Photographer and assistants for events exceeding hours.

If the Photographer is unable to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, liability is limited to a refund of all payments received.
