2. The adopter will not sell, abandon, or transfer the pet to another party without written consent from the organization.
3. The adopter will comply with all local animal regulations and licensing requirements.
4. If unable to keep the pet, the adopter will notify the organization.
5. The organization makes no guarantees as to the pet's health or temperament.
