3. Installation Conditions
- No alteration or damage to property structure without Landlord approval.
- Cameras may not record audio or shared/common areas.
- Installation is at Tenant's expense and responsibility.
- Cameras must not face neighboring properties or invade others’ privacy.
4. Removal and Restoration
Tenant agrees to remove all camera equipment and restore property to original condition upon move-out or as requested by Landlord.
5. Liability
Tenant assumes all liability related to camera installation, maintenance, and operation.
6. Consent
