Shipment Details

Pre-Loading Inspection

• Cargo properly packed and labeled
• Cartons / Drums condition checked
• No visible damage or leakage
• Shipping marks and item counts tally with documents
• Correct cargo loaded
• Container/hold is clean and dry

Securing & Lashing

• Cargo properly blocked, braced, and lashed
• No voids/gaps between cargo units
• Adequate dunnage and padding used
• Moisture protection (if required)

Container or Hatch Sealing

• Transport seals affixed and numbers recorded
• Container/hatch doors securely closed and locked

Stowage

• Weight evenly distributed
• No overloading or exceeding limits
• Proper segregation from incompatible goods
