Landlord Rental Property Insurance Waiver

This Insurance Waiver (“Waiver”) is made this day of , 20, by and between:

1. Insurance Requirement Waiver

The Landlord hereby waives the requirement for the Tenant to purchase or maintain renter’s insurance covering personal belongings or liability for the above referenced property during the tenancy.

2. Tenant Acknowledgement

The Tenant understands and acknowledges that:

• The Landlord's insurance does not cover the Tenant's personal property or liability.
• The Tenant is responsible for all risk or loss related to their own personal property.
• This waiver does not limit any other responsibility or liability as outlined in the lease agreement.

3. Effective Date & Terms

This waiver is effective as of the date signed below and remains in effect for the duration of the lease unless revoked in writing by the Landlord.
