1. Purpose

This Agreement defines the security responsibilities and requirements for Subcontractor in the performance of services for Contractor.

2. Security Requirements

  1. Subcontractor shall comply with all applicable security policies and procedures as provided by Contractor.
  2. Subcontractor shall ensure all personnel accessing Contractor systems or data are properly trained and aware of their security obligations.
  3. Subcontractor shall safeguard all confidential information and prevent unauthorized disclosure or access.
  4. Subcontractor must promptly report any actual or suspected security incidents to Contractor.
  5. Subcontractor agrees to cooperate with any security audits or assessments requested by Contractor.

This Agreement is effective as of the date above and will remain in effect until the completion or termination of services by Subcontractor, subject to Contractor’s right to terminate for violation of this Agreement.
